If I'm not mistaken.... this isn't about them winning.... now you're saying... because they're winning and have the best record in the NBA, they can act like children in everything they can do. Basketball is a GAME of integrity, sportsmanship, class, etc... Cheering is one thing, but that Cavs bench took it to another level... It's not about seriousness, it's about act like a professional. Standing up and cheering is different from going insane and rolling on the floor and jumping up and down on a dunk that really wasn't that spectacular. And, this isn't the first time the Cavs bench has done this, infact, it happens on a regular basis.
Seconded. I don't know who shoved the sticks up their collective asses. The Cavs' bench reaction was hilarious and obviously exaggerated. And it would have been just as funny to see them if the Knicks had come back (unlikely) and won. It's entertainment people, and any game involving NY is definitely gonna need some antics on the side.
LeBron's 3 pt. % is also higher, so that is a long layup attempt. One jumpshot at the end of the game I trust Kobe more but the percentages don't lie this year.
IMO... Kobe takes tougher jump shots than LeBron does, that includes 3's. I mean you can argue both take tough shots, but I just feel that the degree of difficulty on Kobe's shots are much higher than LeBrons. It's a debatable topic though.
im starting to hate Cavs more than Dallas...Cavs act like a bunch of high school kids rallying. their captain aka BIG KID SORE LOSER Lebron james to all the way down to guys that dont even play aka Danny Green.
I HATE the Cavs and LeBron. Whiners rather than winners. However, LeBron is the best player in the NBA.
Forreal dude that **** was retarted... its not like they dont c L.J. dunk all the time. They dont act like that when he does..And his dunks r way better than that baby dunk that West put up. They should alllllll be fined!!!!!
I agree with you, but why are his shots tougher? Because his teammates are worse and thus, he doesn't get left open as much as Lebron? No. Because Lebron has a better all around game that forces teams to back off of him and concede the jumper? Yes. Regardless of the degree of difficulty, making shots is making shots. Being a good shooter isn't measured by standing in an empty gym. It is measured by real game situations.
Why? Because LeBron is yound and Kobe is getting older. If you are defending LeBron you have to give him a lot of space. You can hope he misses a jumper but when you stay too close to him he will blow right by you. Remember, he is one of the quickest players. As for Kobe, he has lot his quickness a little bit so you can stay close to him because even if he goes right by you, you can recover. That is why LeBron takes easier shots, at least outside shots.
