I've been shocked at how good of a passer T-Mac is.

I'd just like to add a few comments about T-mac's game that I think people confuse with selfishness.

T-mac "settles for too many jumpshots" or "shoots the jumper out of play". That, my friends, is all part of his mental battle between him and his opponents. Being known for shooting jumpers will make the defense try to anticipate a jumpshot to get the block or a hand in the face. Being known as a slasher will have the defender give room so he can't blow past on his first step. T-mac is unpredictable. He might shoot 3 or 4 jumpers in a row, then the next play he will drive to the hoop for a monsterous jam. He catches his defender off gaurd almost every single time he scores. This is also the reason he gets so many shooting foul calls. He's known for shooting jumpers right in the teeth of the defender. The defender tries to anticipate this and gets tricked by the pump fake at a alarming rate. If you don't react to the pump fake you will get sprayed or lose concentration and T-mac will find the open man with his excellent passing. T-mac is very hard to defend. I'd say the only one who can stop T-mac is T-mac himself.

He will get to the line more often as the season goes on. I am really really impressed with T-mac this season and I agree with JVG on his statement saying unless t-mac is double teamed, there's isn't a shot he doesn't like T-mac taking. The Dallas game was the true turning point of the season. Sura, Barry, and Welsey are the XYZ-factors. What element is left?
