Yeah, he put it all on Tmac, saying that the Magic are going to take the "highroad" and called out Tmac for being bitter about his "old boss."

I really do wish T-mac could have waited until the offseason before doing this interview. I think it has taken his concentration away from the Rockets. We don't need all this drama right now.

I agree, just wish he would get over it as well. The way he could show he's better is to not say anything and prove them wrong ON THE COURT. Nothing he can say will speak louder than what he and the Rockets accomplish, someone get T-Mac that message.

    The High Road

I'm disappointed that T-mac unloaded on Weisbrod. He was doing such a good job of ignoring him that I was admiring him for it. He let his actions speak for themselves and it added to his leadership qualities.

The last week I haven't seen a "humble & hungry" team. T-mac has to learn to deal with success. Against Detroit in the playoffs when they were up in the series, he started talking smack through the media ala Charles Barkley and the team lost. Last game at half time he was asked about his low point total...he said that will change in the 2nd half over-confidently...it didn't...When we're rolling like we have been it takes a humble attitude to bring it everynight without inciting the opponent.

T-mac also needs to learn the art of saying nothing. He fell into Stephen A. Smith's trap. It made him look bad even though I'm sure it felt good to say it. I tell myself these are the kind of mistakes one does at 25,26 and it will get better in the future.

I think they have lost due to one factor: they haven't been knocking down shots as a team. Also, the effort hasn't been there. Everybody struggles. I would rather them struggle now, then later.

I know I went off on some tangents but I guess my point is that your mental state affects performance.

I don't think that has NOTHING to do with it, people are just using that as an excuse since it coincided with the Rockets having a 2-game (about to be 3-game) losing streak.

I think injuries + fatigue are taking his toll on him, that is probably a more plausible explanation, IMHO.
