    thank you tmac...

you played great last night...and i'm pretty sure i talk for every rocket fans out here...(that are not tmac hater) when i say you gave us hope for next season...

you showed us (everyone that ever doubt you) that you can still turn it on whenever you want and that in the playoffs you will always play better because of that BIG effin heart that you have

see you next year tmac, you'll have yao ming and better role player and you will lead this team to new highs

If not for TMac the third Quarter would also be garbage time heck so would the second Q. Your lame effort to discredit Tmac by saying 3 Q was critical makes no sense whatsoever.

The reason we lost the 3rd Q was they loaded up on Tmac and others just couldnt shoot wide open shots, not to mention our guards couldnt defend Deron Williams.

Now you (are probably badgerfans or rofflesourus) and Antisonic take ur blind hate of Tmac to some anti Tmac site, dont come to a rockets forum to spew the hate.

tmac played really good yesterday and in game 5

i wish he had started off the playoffs like this though... it seems like the last game of every playoff series for him is just a big tease for the fans

TMAC was the man. reminded me of our game 7 blowout against the Mavs.

Bench was garbage. 3 of the starters were Garbage.

It was all TMAC and a little bit of Scola. :(

    For the haters,

If TMac scored just 14 points (half of his playoffs average, which is superstar number) in the first half, there wouldn't be a "decisive" 3rd quarter.

Get it? Now just get out of this thread.

Much love and much respect for Tmac...hope you read these man because the press kills you and most of the people out there hate when they never eve watch you play. Although I will say you could have done one thing differently last night that would have made me feel better...when we were obviously not going to win I would have liked to see you kick Cryalottto right in the gonads...but maybe thats just me.

I love Tmac. So sad that he can't get any help. The guy has heart and gave his all to this basketball team. I hope he comes back stronger and ready to go next year. I feel blessed that he is a Rocket.

    *shaking my head*

    I give him props.
    He had a good Game.
I am severely disappoint with the 3rd quarter.
COming into the 4th . . when the game was out of reach . . .
    HE became Super Aggressive
I really wish he would have done it in the 3rd too
    but
then I guess he would not have had anything for the 4th
    [I'll say it *for you*]

    I am just ambivalent

1st, 2nd, and 4th quarter he was not double teamed.

3rd quarter he was doubled team so he did the right thing and found open teammates.

    T-Mac did fine
    we have to admit though
T-Mac is not a 4 quarter every night type of player anymore
    We need to pace him
His minutes should be cut to no more 30 minutes a night

It sucks when he has to do everything for the team though. But, in all fairness, thanks TMac. :D

I think with Yao he could be because it would be a little easier for him out there. If Brooks and B-Jax could of hit there shots then we probably win that game. Our shooters don't do too well in the playoffs.

he started to play better each game when rafer returned. the first 2 games he did too much.

we now know a good PG is really important. rafer will remain the starting PG for that only reason. he takes pressure off of tmac and yao.

but neither are anybody else. nobody can score double digit pts EVERY quarter except for kobe, and he doesn't do that every night. and tmac was battling SEVERAL injuries.

in this game, you saw the refusal to lose just like in game 2. tmac has heart or whatever that thing people say he lacks.

but i agree with you, we MUST get a backup for him. luther head just is not getting it done.

what this series proves is that we must give tmac/yao duo one more chance. if they fail to stay healthy again next yr, i'm done with it. trade tmac, trade yao, or do whatever.

but i'm very optimistic. we're adding pieces every year. i have no doubt morey will add another piece (or 2) next yr and we'll be ready to go.

EVERY player should start training soon and improve.

why am i optimistic for tmac next yr? the last 2 games of this series, he played the way the system wants him to play. in the high post, off screens (and not on the ball). dude will dominate like crazy next yr.
