Tmac is actually right. Deke should've been in all 3 games we lost alot longer, we were effective when he was in it. Hayes isn't a great post defender like Deke.
it's all 20/20. how do you expect deron to miss 2 crucial fts like that? how do you expect, your best hustle player, to not get it? tmac had 10 rebounds in that game to lead us so you wouldn't think him AND landry would not be able to get the rebounds? deke in it would probably secure it. but like i said, it's all hindsight now. if we win hat game, deron is a choker. now that we lose, we can all say anything. move on, we know we can play with this team. CONTINUE TO MAKE OUR EASY POINTS. we'll be fine.
Tracy's post game comment on lack of Motombo I know that there is a thread pertaining to the wisdom of Adelman's decision not to put Mutombo in the game for Deron's free throws at the close of last night's game, however, it surprises me that there isn't a thread on McGrady calling coach out on this in the post game conference. Perhaps it is just inappropriate and divisive to discuss with the first round still underway, but it definitely provoked a flare up on 1560 the Game in which Clutch was a guest this morning. I can't prove it, of course, but my own take on this is that Tracy is increasingly in the process of "pushing the envelope", perhaps in an effort (unconsciously?) to land himself in a new environment. I've also noticed it in his facial expressions at teamates mistakes that his patience seems to have worn thin as a Rocket. In his defense, I know the criticism he takes must get very old. It wouldn't look good if Tracy publicly demanded a trade at season's end, but he does seem to be trying to make the decision easier for the Rocket management to trade him. If this is in fact the case, Tracy might actually be doing us a favor in helping management make an agonizing decision much easier. Does Tracy want to be a Rocket any longer?
I'm pretty sure theres already a thread for it. In fact, I might have posted once or twice in it. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=147456
if he wants to really make it known, why the hell is he trying so hard out there? just pull a carmelo anthony and he's on the next flight out of houston once the series is over.
Did you actually see Mcgrady make this comment? He wasn't THAT frustrated, he said he tipped the ball and Carl might have mistimed his jump, and that maybe Mutombo should have been in. But he wasn't calling out Rick, he was just answering the question honestly. T-Mac is a pretty candid guy. It didn't seem to me like he was meaning to call out Rick at all.

why isn't deke in the game longer? He can get rebounds against the Jazz using his height advantage. If he plays longer we can get more rebounds.
Battier is very quick on rebounding, in the game vs Spurs, his clutch rebound was the key for win. Bobby is too old, but Luther or Novak won't do better than him either
well with the rebouinding as it was I would have preferred Hayes or Landry on Boozer with Mutombo on Okur and Mcgrady boxing out shooter
people are making it a bigger deal than it was (richard justice).... he didn't call anybody out.... but I would like to hear TMAC say that I need to improve my FT shooting and be more aggerssive in the 4th
Well what the Hell do you guys expect Mcgrady to do? If he does this he is wrong, if he does that he is wrong. You guys want him to grab rebounds, get up and go get it right. I heard that so many times this season. Well he went up and tried to get it, but unlucky it bounced out. And now everyone is blaming T-mac when it is landry's fault equally. Then, you guys want him to show up more in the fourth. If he decided to take the ball into his own hands. He could choose to drive or shoot. If he drives, he'll get knocked out by jazz players, if he shoots and misses, you guys will blame him for the loss. So to me that makes perfect sense if T-mac doesn't show up in the fourth. Maybe if the fans shut their trap hole once in a while, this guy will have more confidence playing basketball, instead of having to worry about idiots who critcises non-stop and expects him to be michael jordan + wilk Chamerlain.
T-Mac is really bad at public speaking. I don't really care what he said as long as he plays well to get a win. If he bring us a win tomorrow night, I will forgive him. Go Rockets!
