The answer to that question should prove to you even more that it doesn't matter what seed you are but rather what's in your heart.

No idk but I'll take a guess. The lowest is the 1995 rockets that won by being the 6th seed, and they beat 4 50 win teams without having home court advantage on their way to win the chip (utah, phoenix, San Antonio, orlando)

It is more the exception that proves the rule......I play the odds....

A good guess, and the right answer......so out of all those years it has happened only once....home court, matters...... a LOT !

Well you do need role players. Just because a team has alot of fire power and star players doesn't mean they are going to do anything. Remember the Lakers. Lost in the finals.

Ask dallas fans b.c of all the championships they have?

And the only team I believe that won a championship w/o hca that Da brought up were the 95 rockets if I'm not mistaken.

    Lakers last season? 1st seed

    Celtics? 1st seed

    Spurs? Top 3

    Miami..

    Detroit..

    LA...

    the list goes on.

The mcgrady hate is over the top IMO but when people bring stuff like this up, I can't help but contribute to it b.c it is just ignorant.

Seeding doesn't matter but look at the players that were on the teams you listed the year they won it. They had A TEAM!!!! Great chemistry. A team that is capable of winning it all.

Why Dallas? Because they happened to be one of the three teams out of the 30 or so number one seeds that actually lost as the number one seed? Is this serious?
You act like a team can just completely half-ass it for the entire regular season, and then randomly flip some switch and start playing with intensity. Really, the only team that did that was last year's Lakers, who STILL got the number #1 seed due to a ridiculous amount of talent and a good deal of luck that isn't going to happen more often than or not. The Rockets have never had that luxury, and never will frankly. That and the fact that home-court advantage really matters, and your statement that seeding doesn't matter is ridiculous.

Your wasting your time with this guy. He just stated that a team with great chemistry/players is going to be top seeded and will have a high chance at winning a championship  . I'm lost, I don't understand if he is somehow trying to vindicate tracy or w.e
