    Stop flip-flopping like a McGrady.

Sometimes you rant on about how he can fit in and sometimes you rant on about how he must go.

Make up your mind and stay that way.

Dont worry, just wait till T-Mac comes back and hope he can play at a all star level to help us get into the playoffs and DO really good. The haters will be haters, most of them turned into haters. Look what one current hater said about McGrady not so long ago:

Tmac - Simply put, this teams sucks without him (even with Yao) and plays great with him. He does EVERYTHING for this team in a way that no other player in the league can do.

I am not sure if there is a guard out there that can make up for the loss of Yao.

Landry/Hayes/Scola have been awesome - don't get me wrong. But Yao in there...the 7'6" - not just from an offensive perspective but from a defensive one as well...is a huge loss. The team as is can not beat the Lakers in a 7 game series. Not with them having Gasol and Bynum. Even Portland would be tougher than last year and not a sure thing.

Having T-mac can help a lot...I am not talking about being good, I am talking about being great by the way. Championship calibar. And for that, we'd need them both back.

    Reading comprehension got ya down?

I don't think he can change and fit, never have, never will......I mean the chance of him changing the way he plays completely at the age of 30, in a contract year...yeah, don't see it.

I want him gone for the good of the team and these boards, nothing gray about it at all.

Just don't want to continue arguing with the Tmac Peanut gallary.

C'mon dude, you love talking about T-Mac. Even more than his fans. If he's gone for good, there goes half of your time on Clutchfans. So for the sake of Dakota's sanity, T-Mac must stay.

I'm not a big fan of tmac but if he comes back healthy and were to take a significant paycut, then I don't think the Rockets would hesitate to resign him. A player of his caliber or even half his caliber is rare in this league. whatever happens to him, I hope its for the best of the team.

I wonder when or if T-mac actually gets to play, and actually does well to blend in with this team, what half of the critics will do.

They will be hiding in a bunker!

Nah, my hatred dies when he leaves, or at least simmers down significantly - see Rafer for example.

I don't quibble on Tmac, I have seen enough, I know he is not a winner, and his time in Houston is up.

He gave it a shot, he didn't have what it takes, good bye.

But that's not going to happen. He's most likely to be around at least until the end of the year. You can't just wish him away, or his fans to shut-up about him no more than his fans can wish you to stop bashing him.

Which is why everyone is trying to say - just let the man play and see what happens.

So far there's some positive trends here...and maybe you are right and he can't adjust...but it definitely looks like we are goign to find out one way or the other.

Now if you had said "on the team", that would have made me disagree with you, though I understand you could have said some increased offense of some kind that only McGrady can do compared to everyone else.
But in the league? BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Are you actually claiming that T-Mac has anything, and I mean anything, over the truly elite players in this league? Tracy's nothing compared to the elite or even the very, very good players in this league like Roy or Deron.

Nah, I'll be pleasantly surprised. I don't think the Rockets desperately need T-Mac, (and definitely not anywhere as badly as we need Yao) but if he comes back and plays at his level from 2 years ago, then I'll be pleased as that will lead to victories. I don't expect it will happen, but it will be nice if it did.

You can do that already, DD. You have carried on the arguing more than all of the TMac supporters combined. It's not even close.

We need both back I agree but I'm starting to fall into what Magic Johnson said a couple of years ago that McGrady and Yao do not mesh together. I find it funny how when one is out the other tends to play kind of better. Kind of strange. When they are both together yeah they put up numbers but it seems like the rest of the team turns into zombies and watches.

Come on dude seriously. This logic is what realy begins to piss me off. Tmac doesn't give a damn about the regular season b.c he scores 25ppg or something in the playoffs. Thats stupid, NONE of his teams have ever been a top 4 seed team, in terms of a division title. Believe me seeding is CRUCIAL in terms of getting past the 1st round...something we know tmac is so good at  .

If you want to support tmac, please do it w.o the whole "He always brings it in the playoffs" bs, b.c it just sounds foolish.

Ima just shut all the people who really believe seeding matters by saying this.... Ask Dallas fans how important seeding is and then get back to me...

Like I said IT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, because the rest of the team was a bunch of scrubs.
