im kinda new still on this board, and whats sad is all the hate that goes on. If you are a true :Rocket: fan, you will respect whoever is on the team, you dont have to like the way he plays, you can say he is hurting us on the court, but to just show hatred to one of our guys is just sad. Seriously , stop hating! hes a Rocket, he does things that many other players dont do, off thte court. And as far as not signing your jersey, its the end of the game, he wasn't rude, like MJ was to chamillionare, it was just the wrong time to ask.Lets stop hating, please
Welcome to clutchfans. Thats just how it goes. Trust me I said the same thing you said last season. It doesn't work. I wonder if you met DD, Tinman, or Anti-Sonic.
no i dont know anyone really, im just a rocket fan that likes reading anything rocket related, and i get a lot of news and updates from this board so i joined, just sucks how theres so many tmac haters, hes done nothing but play his ass off since he arrived, yes theres no rings , but it took hakeem a while to get one, patience is key and many of these so called fans lack that, or maybe they are just young and dont know the game. 22 game win streak , 22 games in a row, not even the great Jordan could accomplish that.
He's not on the ballot. It's clearly China, though. Ariza almost has more votes than Durant, Brooks is higher than Roy, Billups, Williams, and Ginobili. Guards: Kobe Bryant (LAL) 692,518; Tracy McGrady (Hou) 281,545; Steve Nash (Pho) 272,135; Chris Paul (NO) 248,049; Jason Kidd (Dal) 207,247; Jason Terry (Dal) 131,422; Aaron Brooks (Hou) 131,167; Chauncey Billups (Den) 112,509; Brandon Roy (Por) 106,416; Deron Williams (Utah) 94,715; Manu Ginobili (SA) 75,392. Forwards: Carmelo Anthony (Den) 588,958; Dirk Nowitzki (Dal) 366,300; Pau Gasol (LAL) 280,758; Tim Duncan (SA) 271,321; Kevin Durant (OKC) 177,205; Trevor Ariza (Hou) 168,167; Shawn Marion (Dal) 161,653; Luis Scola (Hou) 134,321; Ron Artest (LAL) 99,209; Lamar Odom (LAL) 85,817; LaMarcus Aldridge (Por) 70,588.
It wouldn't take an injury for me to do poorly in an NBA game, but I'm also not gullible enough to think T-Mac has done nothing but play his ass off since he got here. Talent and hard work are not the same thing. I used to think people needed to tone it down on T-Mac... I don't anymore. Last year was it for me. I actually think he's getting off fairly light. He's so fortunate to be playing in a city in Houston that is, by comparison, so forgiving and forgetful. If T-Mac was in New York or Philly they'd eat his liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti.
show me on court video or tell me what game he took off, email me when you find something, im sure you will need time
Amen brother, amen. But this type of PR is exactly what he needs to be doing, and less of the going to the press when the organization tells him something he doesn't like. DD
what exactly did he do last yr besides attempt to play on one leg? are we going to bash on yao for not playing this yr? what im saying is you are either a rocket fan and stick together or are not
He went in and out and in out, made the roster unstable, ruined the chemistry, and when we finally tried to trade him, screwed over the organization with his surgery. And if the choice is between developing our young players and creating chemistry or using McGrady, than I choose the former. McGrady's definitely improving, but there's no need to rush things in the slightest for him.
first people complain because he "doesn't try" then he gets bashed because "hes in and out" trying to play through pain, yes the team was unstable, but thats not his fault, thats the coaches job, and thats why hes holding him off this year, and if the organization wanted to trade him, they would of done it by now, and by not trading him, it only made the current players better. this is my last post on this subject, Tmac will be back within 5 games, and will turn all you haters into tmac bandwagoners!
There's definitely enough blame to go around. I agree with you partially tracy was awful last year, and the surgery announcement was petty. I understand totally why they are dealing with tracy the way they are now But i don't see why the same approach wasn't taken last year.
T-mac's public "fueds" though are so tame compared with the drama Marbury has been involved with and Philly didn't boo Iverson after the whole "Practice" fiasco. And Tmac never violated dress code (unless wearing a uniform a few weeks back) and never got kicked out of a casino for pissing in a trash can. I think NY has forgine marbury a few times when he has calmed down and played well twice after low points (once with Brrown and once with Thomas). Philly fans however, definitely are forgiving. They are taking iverson back with open arms.
