Lol that's true, T-Mac sure does a great job of getting his team to the first round, just not as good a job of getting his team out of it in the good sense. ;)

Shaq is breaking down physically and getting old, he won't ever be what he once was. He is plenty motivated right now with Wade out and the Heat making a playoff push, and Yao is still better than he is.

Here we go again, you'd think that after Yao averages 24.7/9.6/2/2, that people would stop calling him a big stiff. Nope. My response is still the same. He's so damn stiff, his stamina sucks so much, and he's so unathletic, he'd be in or near the top 10 in scoring average if he qualified.

Wednesday was an anomaly because the Rockets had no legitimate second option. The Warriors were willing to let Luther Head beat them, because they know he can't, but they know McGrady can. So the key to breaking the defense lies with MCGRADY. If he takes advantage, then he will force the defense to stop doubling/tripling Yao off the ball. IMO the main reason why Phoenix has been able to do that this year is because McGrady has been owned by Shawn Marion when being guarded 1-on-1. This is unacceptable, as fine as a defender Marion is. McGrady should be able to beat anyone 1v1 (especially guys like Derek Fisher and Gordan Giricek....)

no one is not admitting that shaq is breaking down. but let's be real, shaq is playing only 26-27 mins, w/ 17 ppg on 59% shooting. 59% shooting.

extrapolate that to 36-37 mins, which he will play in the playoffs and you'll get 23-25 pts.

riley is still resting him right now b/c the east sucks so much.

yao is the best center in the reg. season. but u know yao tries harder than shaq. shaq is a lazy bum. and he still puts up 17 and 7 on 59% shooting.

if shaq is FULLY motivated right now, he would still be the best big man. but he's coasting until the big games. even rasheed recently came out and said shaq is still the most dominating force in the league.

Maybe he only plays 27 mpg because he can only handle around that many minutes? It's dangerous to extrapolate to per-48 minute numbers, because it assumes that Shaq can keep up his production for that long... and since Shaq has never bothered to keep himself in shape, I don't think that's the case. In the Finals, when he should be the most motivated, he got embarassed by ERICKA DAMPIER, the man he proclaimed to be the 2ND BEST CENTER IN THE WNBA.

We'll see if Shaq is any good in these playoffs. I think he'll be decent, with say 18 ppg and 9 rpg, but not anything close to being the MDE, Shaq Fu, or whatever the hell he wants to call himself at any given moment.

again, that shaq is a top 3-4 center of all time. no one is foolish to claim that shaq is still here. it's not.

but shaq is slwoly playing more mins as shown by 44 mins tonight v. the cavs.

he'll get 22-23 pts + 9-10 rebounds. for a broken down player, that's not far off from yao. and he's motivated to show he can do things w/o wade. and he's doing it now. what he's doing right now proves wade needs him more than he needs wade.

Watch the video from Hilltopper, JVG is basically calling Yao and Tmac out.

Looks like 43% of the people saw the truth.

The truth is you blame other people when you cannot do your job right.

He sure was quiet when Tmac saved his job when Yao went down wasn't he?
