This team will be much more successful, I believe, when Adelman stops putting in Artest and McGrady on the floor together.

It is clearly obvious they want their shots, and in order for that to happen Artest will have to come off the bench.

And please Adelman let Wafer play. I know his defense is bad, but his energy and shooting keeps us in games.

They need to learn how to play together. Adelman will put all 3 superstars on the floor at the end of the game - that's what we paid them for.

Doc Rivers keeps his big three on at the end of a game because they know how to play together and keep the offense flowing.

If TMac and Artest can't learn how to play within the motion offense, we will get nowhere in the playoffs.

Ron Artest is killing this offense

Well, that is what I see.

Ron Artest is killing this team's ball movement, and not only that.

    1) He is a ball stopper.

It is obvious. You just get the ball to Ron and it stops moving. Ron will take the shot, usually a bad shot. Sure, T-Mac is a ball stopper as well, but the difference is T-Mac is MAKING PLAYS, not only for himself.

    2) He is a SELFISH player

Before the season Tracy said Ron is so unselfish. I haven't seen that. All I see is that Ron DOESN'T PASS THE BALL, he is willing to shoot that which kills the offense, offense which works only when guys play unselfish.

    3) He doesn't drive to the basket

I don't know, maybe the ankle is hurting (if yes, than hell sit) but I am sick of watching Artest. Every time he has to ball he is gonna shoot it, he is gonna keep taking long jumpers. Even when he drives it inside, he looks horrible and usually it is a turnover for this team. I don't think we signed Artest to add another shooter.

If I wanted a guy standing and taking 10 3s a game, I'd better have Steve Novak, at very least he can knock down some.

If we have any good offer for him, I'd trade him in a heart beat. He is not helping this team at all, he is killing Rick's offense, which suprises me because he played it in Sac-Town.

That's not selfishness. Artest just thought that's way he should play to help the team. He is wrong though. Someone needs to tell him what he really should be doing.

man, you have no idea what u r talking about.

artest's offense is clearly need the ball in his hand, that is something we knew before we brings him here.

selfish? i'm not sure either, that man is toughest player in our roster, so whatever he did, he wants to bring w to the team, everyone will have bad shooting night. maybe one game he didn't pass ball enough, but for most part he has been unselfish, willing to take the seat behide yao and tmac.

It's not selfishness as much as a misguided attempt to do what's best for the team.

It's far past time for Rick to hammer things home to him and McGrady. Clearly they aren't going to get this on their own sitting out.

Our coach needs to sack up and lead this team. Both McGrady and Artest needed to be yanked last night toward the end. Especially Artest. Volume shooters do more harm than good, and those to were giving the greatest impressions of Antoine Walker I've ever seen.

I said when they come back that the offense would go bye-bye. Both of them try to play the game like they are on the And1 Mixtape Tour. Need to get rid of Tmac and Artest.

    Touche.

I still wonder how the hell we just settled for the outside jumpers instead of moving the ball around and passing the ******* ball to the man who's wide open,or another scenario just attack the rim, penetrate the paint and draw the foul.

Is that hard for a all-star caliber player to do that?I would say no.Ron Ron might just frustrate with his poor shooting touch from behind the arc and wanna get it back through taking heatchecks in the clutch moment, that's pathetic.

3-pointer lunatics are back,in pair.

I thought they should have put Wafer in..At least when he gets the ball, he goes to the basket and makes things happen..When he and Barry are in,the offense isn't stagnant at all.

Yep,Brent Barry is a terrific passer on this team and Von is more athletic than T-Mac as of now,he moves without the ball and get wide open look outside the 3 point line, playing smart if no chance to take the shot.

Unlike the two players mentioned above,T-Mac urges to get back in shape as his ol' self and wanna do it all on the court to shut up the doubters, unfortunately,he failed, still struggling to make shots.

we need someone like hamilton who runs without the ball....luther head would be better for this offense. at lease he cuts without the ball. the offense looks dead with ron and mac dribbling everywhere. Scola is the best for this offense. Yao is great to go to in half court set. We need to keep just one of either tmac or artest....sad to say but at least artest has D, Tmac has to go. The sad part is Tmac is my favorite player, he is not the best guy for this team.

I agree with you. Artest was not the only one stopping the ball. Mcgrady started it to tell you the truth. I think the coach should be responsible for not taking those guys out and putting landy and wafer back in. With those guys in the game the offense flows better. We need a coach that isn't afraid to pull the trigger and have a star player sitting on the side line at the end of a game. I thought AD was that type of guy but the more i see his coaching strategy the more i don't like it.

I found this fan comment from Daily Dime. It's pretty disturbing, but it seems to fit the bill. To be honest I did not watch enough of Artest's game to know if it's true or not. I can only hope it's not. After all, this is his contract year.
