He should man up play the game and try to get free instead of make a big whining scene about it everytime.... You have to admit, he is easily frustrated/flustered.
hate to saY it....but if its the last time I see him in a Roxs uniform then its a good day... unfortunately I might have to endure more of the weak ass bent over slow mo granny drive..or what ever that is hes doing out there.
good, give harrel more chance to prove himself. not soft around the rim like jones. doesnt settle for stupid ass long jumpers. not even supposed to be on this team
Either Jones or Dmo will not be matched this off season. Great time for the rooks to earn their spots
Bateman what do you think about these type of fans that celebrates a player being out due to some type of injury?
it's not solely TJones fault for Rockets bad start but since he's the weak link, everyone is making it like it is his fault. smh ppl forget he almost missed an entire season to develop
people act like jones is the only rocket who looks bad, lol because Ariza is killing it and Lawson is unstoppable while Harden has been playing like the MVP again.... oh and Howard looks fresh from all the rest he's had...the only thing holding us back is that dang terrence jones because he has the ball sooo much
Classic TJones, always injured with uncommon ailments. He was invisible last game, but not as much of a detriment as Brewer, Harden, Howard and Ariza were.
Because no one wants to hear from Jones fans right now. The board listened to the nonsense all off-season long and now that games are happening it's obvious how wrong you guys were. I'd imagine everyone is just tired of hearing it, just wait at least until Jones has a halfway decent game to start the campaign again.
Bobby can you please cut this nonsense out. You know damn well Jones doesn't have fans like that. So why you keep painting that BS picture? The entire team is playing like **** man. Well at least Harrell is balling his butt off. He's the only positive on this team so far.
Morey has done a great job. But for a guy that's so smart I was always confused on how he didn't add one more pure power forward to the roster. You know Dmo is injured and you've got a few rookies. This is why I never understood letting Josh Smith walk rather than try to offer more money rather than pay KJ
Yep Kawhi is better than Marcus Morris. Cough Cough ererrrrgggh no one is arguing that *cough cough.....etc..... what ever. That doesn't make Marcus Morris a miss and it doesn't mean he was not worthy of the 14 draft pick. Kawhi was worthy of a top 5 pick in that draft as was Jimmy Butler. If the draft were redone today then Marcus would likely go about where he originally went in the draft, somewhere in the middle of the 1st round. Just because Kawhi is better does not make Marcus a miss. And in case you've missed it. Marcus is having a pretty damn good start to this season averaging 19 PPG and 7.7 RPG so far. He is most clearly not a miss.
To be fair, I think the Josh Smith situation had more to do with Smith's market going into free agency next year, and essentially guaranteeing starter minutes this year to build that market for a pay day... which IMO is a smart move for Josh to pursue. My guess is that Morey is pretty high on D-Mo as priority A. this Summer to keep above Smith at the time, and probably Jones... even though (I'm sure everyone will hate to hear this), but I'm pretty sure Morey also will try and get a bargain contract to bring Jones back as well, but I'm sure Morey is ok with the risk of losing Jones if the offers elsewhere are too high. Smith's agent likely asked if Morey could commit to him next Summer and in the meantime trade one of the young PF's to guarantee a key role. I'm just guessing here based on what is assumed, and read between the lines back from July, but its what I think happened. Doesn't seem to be any hard feelings on both sides, but obviously Smith wants to put himself in a situation to get one last pay day next Summer, and the guarantees that the Rockets wouldn't give him led him to think he had a better shot of putting himself in a better situation to create market value. He probably made the right choice for himself as once D-Mo returns, Harrell continues to grow, and Jones snaps out of his funk, Smith could very well have found himself fighting for PT in the second half of the season this year which would have hurt his market next Summer. Does that rational make sense, or do I seem off with these assumptions?
