It was a joke, moron, but clearly you aren't capable of understanding the written word (or the smiley). That's okay. Keep taking personal shots and you wont' be around here long.

And out of everyone in this thread - Titans haters included - you're acting the most immature of all. You're getting pretty bent out of shape just because some folks don't like your team. Get a hold of yourself.

Selective memory. I love it:) As a Titans fan, I love how the haters will point out this game, or the super bowl when the titans lost to a better team, but they'll "casually forget" how Tennessee kicked a clutch field goal to beat Pittsburgh in the playoffs last year. They'll "accidentally not remember" the Music City Miracle win over Buffalo. They'll let this years win over Baltimore "slide out of their memory" because of the clutch Gary Anderson kick. Heaven forbid they think back to the recent 4th and goal TD pass from McNair to beat the Texans in H-town.

Let's all just remember what we want to remember. Selective memory is tha bomb....

man...i was a huge oiler fan...i loved that team...and, yes, they did win some big games. but their history is their history. this is a team that is remembered far more for its shortcomings than for its accomplishments...by the way...beating a 2nd year expansion team on the last play of the game isn't something you should be rallying around if you're a legit super bowl contender.

    MadMax,
You left this out there for me so I could not resist.

Your right beating the Texans 4 straight times is nothing a Superbowl contender should be hanging there hat on. I agree. ;)

In all seriousness. I think the Texans are building themselves a very good team. Jacksonville should continue to improve next year. The Colts will be great. The Titans are going to be great as long as Mac9 is our QB. The AFC South next year is going to be very TOUGH!

I hate having to wait until Sept 04 for the start of the new season. I hope the Colts win it all as most teams that win it all find it harder to succeed/repeat the following year.

who wouldn't agree with that?? even the most ridiculous texans fans...namely, me....can't argue with that. they're an expansion team. if you're a legit super bowl contender, you don't wave your flag proudly when an expansion team takes you down to the last play of the game.

I guess Philly is the only team that would be able to wave their flag proudly then? The Texans took Indy and NE down to the last play of the game, and beat Carolina. Looks like there may not be a proud champion this year.

i'm not saying their whole season is a failure because of it. obviously if they go and win to get to the super bowl, they've had a great season.

my point is that if you're talking trash by saying, "hey..we beat the Texans on the last play of the game..Ha HA!!" then you're missing something.

Typical reply for someone who can't respond to the facts I pointed out, go to the "you can't take a joke" or "get a hold of yourself" card. Accept it and move on. GO TITANS, GO ROCKETS, GO NETHERLANDS!!! Peace.

Just got ahold of this thread and wanted to say HAHA to the Titans!

I am a proud Titan-Hater, and I hope they get close to the super bowl every year, then choke it away in the most heart-breaking fashion possible.
