Yes, we HATE Tit supporters. Plain and simple. The Flaming Thumbtacks need to go play soccer.

This is coming from the big soccer fan, right? Nothing like a riot to show the love of the sport. :p

It is sports, (and yeah I'll refrain from calling you a moron), and having a team you don't like as well as a team you support has always been a part of sports. I'm surprised you don't know that.

Can anybody explain this rule about not being allowed to throw a defensive lineman to the ground on a screen play? I can't begin to understand why that is a necessary rule. It cost the Titans on that last drive and it was an inconsequential play away from the ball.

Kudos to the Pats. It was a rugged game. I wish McNair would take some time off the heal properly.

    bennet was the hero
    BUT
    he bumgled the pass
If he catches it without the bobble .. . . . they in business
    McNair put it there

No biggie though . . Bennett had made extraordinary catches
I told my friend. . that was probably the easiest catch he had all day

    Good Game
    Good Results

Any version of the nightmare Superbowl is not properly squished
    [cowboys v titans]

Now I can enjoy the rest of the playoffs

I am very very happy that Bud Adams will not have the opportunity to accept the Super Bowl trophy in Houston.

That holding penalty was an extremely weak one. A shame that a referee would make a call like that. If it is obvious, then by all means, throw a flag but that was too iffy for a flag in that situation.

But the Pats played a good game and will have their hands full with a red-hot Peyton Manning.

Yeah. I thought the ref should eat the flag on that one. The moment was too big to call a tick tack penalty. His call just about took the game out of the players hands. Which is unfortunate. But the grounding was legitimate.

How ironic coming from someone who loves the Astros.

The Patriots defense will make Peyton Manning look like a girly-man this Sunday. Pats will win by at least a touchdown on the frozen tundra of Gillette Stadium.

what does this thread have to do with the astros?? do you root for the astros, by the way??

teams have personalities...yes, the astros, do too.

the oilers traditionally come up "just short" in big games and get called for stupid penalties when it counts most. that's their history. that's who they are. they just call themselves the titans now.

I love it, the two teams I didn't want to see come to Houston for the Superbowl lost, the cowboys and titans. I can root against who ever I want and those are at the top of my list.

That's actually the history of Houston pro sports, not just the Oilers.

You didn't need "Again" and "As usual" old-timer...that's redundant. One of them would have sufficed.

I root for the Astros, but I'm just saying you knock the Titans for a history they have very similar to a team you have been arguing for this week in other threads that have the same history.

You're pretty ignorant when it comes to soccer and its fans as most americans are. There's one or 2 riots here and there over the years involving a few moron fans and americans here about it and they think that's all there is to soccer. How about when Lakers' fan riot after winning or Raider fans riot or college football teams riot, or baseball drunks run onto the field and beat up old fart managers it's no big deal. Why is there no stain on these sports??? It's b/c soccer is the MOST popular sport in the WORLD and americans want to find any excuse not to like it b/c they hate the fact that it's a WORLDwide sport and they aren't one of the best at it.

I think you are the dumbass although I'll refrain from calling you that. There's a huge difference between HATE and DON'T LIKE. It's ok to dislike another team but to hate??? Hate is quite a strong word. Titan fans are going to keep supporting the team so just get over it. If you don't like it, keep not liking them but we don't need to hear you run your mouth all the time about how we shouldn't support the titans cause they left us.
