    OK, my bad then.

I was against "outplays" only. Too many people have said that, just like so many people said "Rockets won 22 games in a row without Yao", despite Yao was a part of first 12 games.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding here.

The NBA.com recap of Game 7 has this as the title:
"Real Lakers show up, rout Rockets 89-70 in Game 7"

I have never been more disgusted by a mere title. Houston gets absolutely zero credit. When we win, it's because they weren't the real Lakers. When they win, it's not because we weren't the real Rockets, it's because they were the real Lakers.

For us to have a headline of "Real Rockets show up, etc.", we would need Yao, McGrady, and Mutombo to suit up and play. The Lakers are at full strength yet they still get bailed out by the media. Houston didn't outplay them, they just didn't show up.

You can really tell who the NBA wants in the finals.

Haha, like the Lakers are gonna get there. The Nuggets are in a GREAT position to beat the crap out of the Lakers, getting like, 5 days rest, while the Lakers are totally gassed.

I pick, along with a lot of ESPN analysts, for the Nuggets to win this in 6.
