Two things... 1. The kitchen staff always gets a portion of the tips. 2. If you don't want to tip then don't! I hate it when waiters say "well I only get paid like a dollar an hour." Get a different job then you diot!

My general rule is I just round up to the next number and then add 3 bucks... Idc if I spent 100 bucks or 25 my job isn't to pay their employees. So if my bill is like $56.40 they are getting $3.60, and if my bill is $18.37 they are getting $3.63... and I don't care if they don't like it! Haha
