maybe Doordash and Uber drivers would get tipped more if those orders didn’t come with a bunch of extra fees on top of the food already being upcharged $15 pizza is really almost $30 before u get to the tip after the service fee, delivery fee, and tax I tip 20% on Uber/DD and keep it moving…I wish a driver would try to start some sh*t
If it's one thing this annoying tipping culture has made me do is eat out way less. I've stopped eating out mostly now. Probably only do it once or twice on the weekends. I'm thankful for it since now I'm able to put my money to use elsewhere, like upgrades around the home and such.
Dude had the opportunity to educate the customer. I don’t tip less than $8 on delivery orders. I’m cognizant of the fuel and wear and tear on their vehicle. I will, however, get a full refund on any orders with items left out, especially drinks. It’s not hard to glance at the order and double check this sort of thing when you pick up.
