You are making a fundamental error in your argument that unfortunally is made over and over again here and in the national debate. I haven't seen a single protest against the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, and that is where the folks that attacked us were. Not in Iraq. Iraq was and is absolutely a seperate operation from the "War on Terror". Invading Iraq does nothing to protect America from the terrorists. No one is saying we should of gone to the UN to ask permission before taking out the Taliban. They directly attacked us and all liberals, Americans, and world-wide citizens were for us to take the Taliban out. None of that can be said for the whole Iraq mess.

To compare protests against pre-emptive invasion of Iraq to WWII is irresponsible and reckless. Your only point in such comparisons is to try to scare people into going along with your views.

And the whole "These people (Liberals) want us to go down.." comment I find highly offensive. Just because some people don't believe that pre-emptive war was the right course of actions, doesn't mean they want American society to fall apart!

Shame on you for making such a divisive and close-minded statement.

Well, if you listen to the posts of the libs, every time anything goes wrong in Iraq, they seemingly jump for joy. Everytime the economy tanks, they are happy. Anything to unseat Bush, even if it hurts America as a whole. But the damndest thing is that he is the best president you guys have had since LBJ!

And on this pre-emptive war issue, what other kind of war is there? The kind of war liberals fight, getting a mother-may-I from the great holiest of liberal internationalist shrines, the UN, and saddling our troops with ROEs so goddamned restrictive that they can not shoot at anything unless they've been shot at? We were attacked, damnit! Saddam was not the biggest backer of Al Queda, but he did help them. So we threw him out. You have to fight sometimes. You can't sit here and hope that our bloodthirsty enemies will understand our happy thoughts as we bang our peace drum like some of the liberal knuckleheads did. The whole point of the Iraq War was to go in and take him BEFORE he got his WMD program back on track as it was during the Iran/Iraq War.

Besides, the truth hurts, doesn't it. Listen to the constant rhetoric of your side and tell me they are capable of winning the war on terror. They don't even want to fight it! They think they could lob some cruise missiles somewhere at a few tents in the desert to deflect it and let someone else take care of the battle. Although I disagree with Bush on a ton of issues, at least he has the balls you little whiners lack to take the war to the enemy.

    You're... wow.

That isn't a good "wow," if you were wondering.
