lol I forgot I had Comcast so I got a little worried.

I don't know. I always had ****ty customer service with TW. Cable guy would come over and I would know more than him at his job than he did. It was basically useless to call them for help. As for Comcast, I'm get crazy fast speeds I never got with TW.

I don't think anyone wins here. Viacom does have a small point in that Comedy Central, VH1, and MTV are pretty big hitters and the landscape of network vs cable has changed tremendously over the past two decades - the pay structure has been slow to reflect that.

Still, if TW caves, it'll be like that damned bailout bill - everyone and their mother will be pounding at the door looking for their cut.

One more reason we need to move to a la cart pricing.
    Give me:
    TMC
    AMC
    Bravo
    CNN Headline News
    ESPN/ESPN2/ESPN News
    E!
    VH1 Classic
    TNT/TBS
    USA
    Comedy Central
    Fox Soccer
    Fox Sports SW
    WGN
    History Channel
    National Geographic
    G4
    Spike
    Sci Fi
    FX
    NFL
    BBC America

I'd pay as much as $1.50 for each as long as they are HD. $0.75 if not. Toss in $10/month for the Network HD channels.

Comcast in Houston will also be losing these channels. At least that's what the scroll on my TV says.

Comcast sucks, but still not as bad as Charter. For those of you who have to deal with Charter, I feel for you.

Because in the 70's & 80's the Government let some media regulation rules sunset and repealed others like idiots not realizing we end up with a situation with at most 10-15 major media giants that control everything the masses see, hear and learn.
