Time Warner Austin is making me angry (ZRB, please read)

    Actually, I'm not the one having the problem. League Pass is turned on for me, and I'll be watching ball tomorrow. That's why I suggest that everyone having problems should complain. That's what I did, and it worked.

    Smokey, your a godsend. Now we have proof to show those incompetent customer service a-holes that we were right all along.

    I find it disgusting that Time Warner Austin's website shows the program listing for the Hornets/Magic game, when the people over at TW no nothing about these preseason games.

    ZRB, thanks for responding. I will call again tomorrow with some proof this time. If they still resist, IT'S GONNA GET UGLY FOLKS!

    I just got through talking to a customer service guy at T/W Austin and he said I should be able to see the Magic-Hornets game at 6pm. He said that I should get a blue screen a few minutes before 6 on NBA-1 (channel 911). Yes! We'll see if it works. I would suggest that people who are signed up call and say something. The fellow said he was sending a signal to my box to ensure that I got it. Now if only the Rocks were on. :(

    They finally turned the channels on for me. The "cheesy" elevator music never sounded so good.

    I just talked to one stupid *****. I have the not authorized screen so I told her to resend the signal to my box, and she's like okay, "what's your last name?"

    I'm like "don't you want my phone number?". She's like "I can do it with your last name"

    Stupid and incompetent...

    Actually I didn't even need to talk to an operator. You can reset your box by phone.

    Really? That's lame. I can't get it anyway. Better self discipline & nice to keep my girlfriend who would definately leave me if I watched 15-20 games a week in leau of 3 or 4. Nice not to give my $ to the Beast too.

    So you're saying that over the next six months (approximately 180 days), there is not a single aspect of leisure time you won't participate in 82 times?

    Guess you'll be to busy sunning on the French Riviera or shooting big game in Africa or rafting up the Amazon or rehearsing for your next World Tour or finishing that New York Times best seller. :D
