My statement stands -- a large part of Obama's popularity is his uniqueness. There is no doubt about that. He can't take the same marketing approach without it. It is central to his message.

Furthermore, would like to a hear a reasoned response to whether Obama's uniqueness is in part, driven by his ethnicity and race. It is possible to discuss race without being labeled a racist, you know. But of course when you are on the losing end of an argument, it's just much easier to throw the 'you're a racist bomb' and then get all your friends to pile on.
