I didn't misunderstand your opening paragraph. I knew you were saying OTHERS expected Stro to be a franchise player, not you personally. I disagree. No one expected him to be a franchise player. The expectations for Stro by his supporters were very reasonable save for one thing: He had never demonstated any of them on a regular basis. Quite frankly, the person who blew the most smoke about Stro coming on board was Tracy, who said he would make an All-Star out of him. What a joke! The only All-Star team he would make is the NBDL.
