    He's pretty much been benched since we got Smith. Jones isn't a guy who gives you efficient production in 10 min/game.

    All I want is for him to stop hanging in the air one centimeter above his existing height to try and make shots.

    Dunk the ball, go UP Jones. Go TOWARDS the basket with authority. Have some confidence, stop playing like a child on offense. He can outjump most PF's but he doesn't use his athleticism or strength when he has an advantage.

    So much hesitation and time wasting. He has all the tools to succeed.

    He no longer fits, he is a guy that needs to dribble a lot to get comfortable....most games he is not going to get that.
