I am just the messenger. Every year there is one. Every year nobody listens. Every year. no playoffs or not contenders. I cant change your minds. I cant keep talking about my teams players bad to convince you. I love the Rockets. I am not gonna bash these guys much longer who deserve it. They are my team but you should want something done if you want to win the Championship. Thats the goal. I love watching but my fan goal is Championship.

Because it is MOTHER ****ING IDIOTIC !!!!!

There is no ONE MOTHER ****ING PLAYER that will make a difference unless you want to trade Battier for Kobe.

And here is a MOTHER ****ING newsflash, if you put Battier on the Lakers last year as a role player.

They win the MOTHER ****ING championship.

Maybe you guys should pull your heads out of your MOTHER ****ING ASSES and figure out that you are blaming a role player for the failure of a team.

    MOTHER ****ER it is frustrating!

This is 100% completely false. Its not debatable, its not ambigious, its not open to different interpretations. It has been proven false, it has been emphasized false, it has been repeated to be false, it has been screamed false.

Talking with you on this issue seriously makes me question the future of the human race.

You either have a major learning disability or you are just being an ass.

DD dont get all huffy with me. I know some you guys have your ratings and tow the team line but dont start calling me out when you wouldnt in person. No Battier would not have helped the Lakers win instead of Artest at SF MOTHER F@KKEr becase ARTEST carried then you dimwit on some nights when Kobe wasnt hot. He even won them games.

That picture is right. i wore a uniform. I know what team work is like in my life unlike some others. I stood the straight and narrow with others on a single goal. I stand the opposite direction of a path of medocrity.

i think fans that havent played organized ball don't realize the importance of that kind of leadership....playing pick up, it's just one game at a time that doesnt relate in any way to the next one or previous one. No records, no seedings, no standings , nothing. When you're playing a season of basketball, leadership can make you or break you. You need direction, a plan, a pace, etc. Otherwise it's like planning to win a marathon by just going out there and running as fast as you can on that day. Even Usain Bolt would have trouble.

I am not towing the line, I am dropping the KNOWLEDGE !!!

You are blaming a role player for the team losing one game.

A game in which while he was on the court the team beat the Lakers team by 9 points.

And your solution is to replace him with a guy who when he was on the court had the team lose to the Lakers by 14 points.

What kind of world are we living in? A land called Moronovich?

I am not totally against getting rid of Battier, but in the land of Moronovich, folks are lining up saying, he has to go, he is a problem.

Did you ever...EVER stop to think that maybe, just maybe he is doing EXACTLY what the coach is asking him to do?

He is a set 3pt shooting, entry passer to Yao Ming who plays very good position defense....and....

    And

AND....he has the respect of the referees so they don't call all those p***y ass touch fouls when he is guarding Kobe.

But, some people are just too dumb to see that Battier is not a problem, but rather he is an asset....according to smart folks like Morey and others who are posting in this thread.

Oh dear lord......another one...who doesn't understand the game of basketball.

I will back down in deference to your service to our country, you should post about the military, I am sure at least there you would have a clue.

Most people last night agreed with me in the other threads. This is just the lifers of clutchfans who tow the company line on most nights when the majority isnt around. I know the difference betwen some insiders and the regular folks. The majority. They show up on game night. You guys and me are always here. I dont like namecalling but you keep calling me names you need to hold yourself accountable towards how you act in your words. You Battier defenders are getting a little too personal with me. A little too angry. if it hurts? Fix the problem. i cant make you feel better about whats hurting your feelings.

Absolutely! Shane Battier averaged 39.3 minutes a game against the Blazers. He sat on his ass on the bench for approxmately 8.7 minutes each game, during which 8.7 minutes Ron Artest dragged the Rockets into the 2nd round.

That's because most players in the other threads are morons.

    Lol.

Go back and read the game thread, now, and witness the wild mood swings from 5 minutes to 5 minutes, and the insane knee jerking, nonsensical b***hing over any tiny perceived mistake, and wildly over the top celebration on any decent play.

That's what you use to judge whether you're correct or not?
