I'm just referring to the notion that the Giants usually are mediocre at best in the regular season and somehow win rings.

I'm grasping.for straws. I know. It's hopeless.

 

I'll never quit on the Rockets. However, that doesn't mean I have to watch this crap bball being played.

 

I wont quuit but I m resigned to the fact that Harden is the main problem along with coaching. Until we get him to play the right way which requires a different type of coach, we will not come close to winning it all

Unfortunately for the '16 Rockets, little business has been handled.

Coaching matters, but off top, Harden isn't RIGHT.

Players, especially star players, should have an inner drive to be right. Jaime isn't some young buck.

 

not gonna quit on Rockets, but I stop watching since last game against Warriors. Rockets see u next season. It's just painful, don't blame me.

The MLB season starts in 3 months. If the Texans can win tomorrow and clinch a playoff spot and then win at least one postseason game(they do get to host if they win their division, right?), that means we'll only have to survive about 2 1/2 months between the end of the Texans season and the beginning of the Astros'.

you know there are lots of teams other than houston teams
living in houston does not mean you have to root for them

 

BTW, whether you wanna quit on these guys or not, there is no guarantee they make the playoffs. Looking at their remaining schedule, they'll struggle to finish the year at .500. And maybe that's enough to get into the postseason, but that'll say more about the West's decline than the quality basketball the Rockets are playing.

I was being optimistic. I was referring to how the Giants had mediocre regular seasons and still won rings.

Well, at this point I'm not even sure if the Rockets will even reach mediocre (.500).

 

Unfortunately I'm a die hard Rockets fan. I didn't give up when Pippen half-assed it or when McGrady did. Not going to give up when Harden or Howard does.
