Stone is a gambler he’s got 1 more year imo If we don’t show SIGNIFICANT improvement next year it’s definitely lights out for him . Maybe he can hang on if there are crazy injuries . rockets fans will have felt like and will be justified in saying ,” hey we tanked for 3 years and we suck again and don’t even have our pick” we will have major FA money this offseason but I don’t see great guys wanting to come here with the lack of progress (so far ) we are going to have to overpay mediocre vets . He better keep the deals short . nba landscape is changing . Stone I don’t think is a great visionary . I’m still extremely worried about the rockets future with tilman in charge . smith and green are ok . Green in a couple years I think is gonna be a stud . Imo his athleticism is the type to get stronger and he’s still young . His shooting is a plus skill and could get better . Jabari it’s just way too early . At least he’s healthy
I hate when Stone keep saying it’s gonna be fun. Losing is not fun. If he holds onto Silas then he needs to go too.
I understand still loosing with such a young team. But we were promised that at least this will be a fun "league pass team" that non Rocket fans would at least enjoy watching because of explosive fun plays and that just isn't happening.
Some of us expect to see rebuilding include progress and coaching. Some of us HAVE BEEN THROUGH A PROPER REBUILD BEFORE and know what it looks like.....this ain't it. DD
