Not really, it might just seem that way to you. People are starting to see it as normal that Yao holds his own against Shaq, even when everyone expected Shaq to make a huge statement game. I find that surprising, actually.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I'm sure if I were running a team, I'd go for guys like Steve Kerr and his "ability to win"(see all those championships he won as a Bull and a Spur) over someone like Charles Barkley(0 championships for his career) every day of the week.
sorry, but I believe Yao is the best and most important player the rockets have. He has has a great month against some of the better teams in the west. I think the problems the rockets have is more team oriented from losses like this than Yao's fault. S. Francis and Cat's inconsistency is what I see as the reason the rockets can't seem to take the next step. Besides, how many good centers are there in this league vrs good guards.
