deserves its own thread Tillman: "In my 6 years, there’s no player I’ve enjoyed more off the court than Kevin Porter right here. I want y’all to know that. I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it." discuss
LOL Well, if Ime can't change his attitude no one will. Although I do have to give him some credit...his demeanor has improved a bit from the past two years
did it? sure was a lot of well documented pouting and horrendous body language not so long ago but yeah i would bet a coach like Ime isn't going to tolerate that for long
work that perceived value... raise his stock for inclusion in the poopoo platter that nets us a star... work it, Tilly! lol
KPJ will retire a rocket while providing unlimited entertainment and hostile arguments Thank you Hancho
It was mindboggling to see him being the centerpiece of this Rockets rebuild despite his lack of basketball iq and talent overall. It makes sense now.
I want to see him try the tantrum he pulls when he doesn’t get the ball and stops playing or walks back on D
I have faith that Ime will bring out the best in all of our guys, KPJ included. We have five months to wait, and I for one am excited
I think a lot of the perceived dislike of KPJ is actually frustration with his usage. If Udoka can utilize his skills in a productive way, teach him what to do in certain situations, and hold him accountable for his actions both on and off the court, I believe most fans will embrace him.
Udoka was the only one that might be able to get through to him. If he wants to stick around he'll need to make some big changes. I thought he'd made those last offseason, but he showed different. Maybe next yr will see it. Maybe.
