I did the same. Wanted to note the names of those sour folks. I kill #Tilman all the time, rightfully. Check my sig. But I also give him credit where it is due. Like this instance.

Just make sure those cups aren't contract cups for Kohls and fall apart prematurely after a few uses.

I would agree that Harden probably doesn't hate Tilman as much as many of the fans, but it would be pretty foolish to ignore the amount of turnover the Rockets have seen since Tilly took over... The dude is just an ass.

Nah I'm a rockets fan supporting a franchise legend, you're a Fertitta fan cheering for a company.

    Have fun.

Hell no... I don't care for Ferntits at all and right now James Harden is closer to a franchise quitter than franchise legend.

He's literally been carrying KDs team and giving him all the load management possible

Really? How about retiring Comets Swoopes, Thompson, and Arcain's jersey too.

It's not debatable that he's a franchise legend, the numbers alone show it. Also, Silas came out and emphatically said that Harden didn't quit that game. If you don't like Fertitta, then you should understand that GM, Coach and Franchise player sat together and said "we need to get the F out of here" even though all 3 of them love the city of Houston like crazy and wanted to continue trying for a title here.

You're going to be without question on the wrong side of history. Best to reconsider, Harden wanted to leave the person who quit on winning a title. If the owner is a quitter, and there's no way to force him out, you gotta go. Also, the man wants to win a title and it was not going to happen with an owner who won't use the LT to compete with bigger market teams EVEN when we're knocking on the door of the Finals.

Reconsider your position, trust me fellow Rockets fan. Harden will be in many rafters and as a career iron man at that. He never had the stamina to finish those series alone, but he never quit no matter the number of minutes or games or situation with the players and coaches. No load management, no injuries, etc. The guy made himself from a decent almost chubby top pick to an all time scoring great and probably best playmaker of all time in the NBA. Rebounds like a PF, helps the Houston community and talks about it less than anyone since Hakeem (i.e. only if prompted or in desperate need for more help). Nothing about this man says he's a quitter. Nothing.

Legen implies a time factor you are completely ignoring. Even the HOF forces players to wait 5 years. Time matters and this quitter just ruined your team and season a few months ago and now plays for a competitor. Legend, nah... right now imma go with Quitter. Now ask me again in 5 years.

He didn't ruin anything for me, we were not wining a title with Tilman either way, we're stuck with that. I don't care about anything else, unless it's in the path of wining a title which we're blocked from right now.

Harden was not good enough to win with one declining all Star and role players, so we should have given him more help or stop wasting everyone's time. What you saw was the max he will give for anyone in his career, and while you may not like it you will discover that less than that amount will result in a title for harden with exactly as much help as LeBron James or Kevin Durant need to win a title.

We should have given him that. He was not going to waste months of the end of his prime hoping for Tilmam to change who he is.

Btw, he was so good that I'm ecstatic about what we received in trade. We're sitting on 6+ picks from other teams and 4 pick swaps in alternate years. We are so ****ing solid, I ain't mad at the trade. Just as sad as you that we didn't win it though.

Agreed, although I wish Tilman and the Rockets had let Harden know..... he apparently learned of it through social media.

Also, the GM said that Harden "is in a really good spot with the organization".

I think the front office for the Rockets and by proxy the owner know how important Harden is for the Rockets history.

Honestly, Tilman needs to stay quiet and he needs to stop feeding the troll writers.

He can be as active as he wants behind the scenes, but he really isn't made for commenting on anything NBA related because it doesn't fit his personality. He has a mute GM that can speak for the team or he can let Silas speak, who is good at it.

I wish he would just make Jeff Van Gundy President of Basketball Operations and then Tilman can go back to talking about buying restaurants and casinos while wearing his Captain's hat on his Yacht.

You understand there was no way to win with Harden without spending more and Tilman wasn't willing to spend more? He was only willing to swap, but we needed more to win because me and you both agree, Harden was not able to play well enough to win with this quantity of talent.

So we are rebuilding now, which makes it logical we have the 3rd worst record, because you can't rebuild without picks if you can't get FA's easily.

They SHOULD do it, but this is FAR too soon.....and seems the ownership is not in touch with it's fans.
