Of course we keep Chris but at what cost. The key to Chris in playoffs is limiting his minutes. You cant fight history. He is injury prone and I do think its because of fatigue. His body is vulnerable to injury when fatigued. We cant spend our entire war chest on Chris and then gamble that he is going to be fine. Age and his injury recrod is not on hsi side. Chris needs to do a Klay and take a paycut if he wants to win a ring. Morey needs to sit down and have a heart to heart with our and other free agents and tell it as it is. We are close to beating the Warriors and I can reshape the roster to do it but we need to work together. The biggest problem is Ryan's contract though. He has already cost us a championship and if we don't unload him, he will cost us another one or two.
They are the same player but Dj is tougher and can actually rebound better. Capela too soft. Capela might get better but I doubt it
With Clints RFA, the Rockets would be dumb to not play down their potential for matching anything. I doubt Tillman was playing any games here, but regardless I'd expect to hear a similar sentiment from the Rockets until FA starts to try and chill the market for him a bit, or let teams think they can get a better deal than the max. But regardless the Rockets absolutely have to match anything. If not, next season you might as well just accept that they aren't going anywhere. He's that important to what they do.
The Rockets are going to be really good next year. I'm confident about that. We'll bring back back our core guys, and add another really good piece to the team. The pain of this loss will linger, and Harden will come back next year even better, because that's what he has done his entire career.
Cp3 has to take cut to keep Clint and go after LeBron and def losing Ariza n EG if that goes down. Sadly we get another year of Ryan Anderson
Our main opponents are GS and Celtics next year. Really have to play small and switch everything defensively against them. Our best line up was tuckwagon 5. Now replace EG or Ariza with Lebron, that will be elite.
capela is too mentally weak to rely on at this level. and i doubt that changes with age. he wasn't even close on most of those FT misses
No, buyouts stays on the Cap https://moorebasketball.com/2016/01/19/how-it-works-the-waiver-procedure-and-contract-buyouts/ Under no circumstances may a team renegotiate a player contract for a lower salary, so the only way to reduce the amount of money owed to a player is renegotiating the guarantees/compensation protection in the contract.
I dont know. You will need to ask one of the cap/contract experts on this site. I just want him gone. I cant stand watching him even on the bench anymore. Brings back a lot of bad Juwan Howard feels.
CP3 will sign early (I dont even think he will wait for the free agency period to start 9Hes deal has been in the works since we got him) Hopefully is a good paycut
