I'm starting to wonder if she beat the crap out of him in the house, knowing she'd go to jail he said we better make this look good, I'll go crash the car up the street, do some damage and we can cover it that way.
I wouldn't doubt that Woods is a jackass but whoever he hires to do damage control and PR management has been doing one heckuva job. There aren't a lot of stories about him, like, ever.
The "smash out the back window to rescue him" story seems about as likely as the Balloon boy hiding in the attic for 6 hours. There's no cause to smash out the back window unless the car is sinking nose-first quicksand and she has to run in to get him out and all the doors are blocked. . - makes zero sense. More likely she smashed it up as he was driving away after their fight.
Yes, I think you are on the right track. I think she hit him in the face with a golf club while he was in the house. He then staggers out to the SUV to try and escape. She follows him with club in hand as he drives away. Still stunned from the blow to the face he crashes his SUV. His wife hears the crash and runs to the SUV to finish him off. She starts breaking out windows to get to Tiger. Still stunned, Tiger scrambles out of the SUV and into the street. As the Police arrive on the scene they see his wife standing over the dazed Tiger with club still in hand. If she used an iron, there may be groove marks left on his face.

First report I heard, he had a crash and free'd himself by smashing the back window. What? Then I heard he had a crash and free'd himself by smashing the back window with a golf club. Strange! Then I heard he was chased out of the house by his wife, who smashed the back window of his car with a golf club as he drove away. He then crashed and they found him unconscious with his wife standing over him in the middle of the road. That made a whole lot of sense! :grin:

Only if he presses charges and he would be an a-hole to do that if he is cheating on his wife. She would at most spend a night in jail anyway until her case was reviewed by a judge.
True. Once the publicists and the lawyers get on this scene this story will be quashed or spun into something positve. The interesting date will be Tuesday when Tiger is supposed to have a press conference at his own charity tournement. My guess is he will no-show claiming a medical excuse.
