whatever happened to good old 'hit it and quit it'? No evidence left behind, just a skanks word vs yours.
I wonder how much ass Tiger has tapped since getting married. It was 1 woman then 2 then 3... He'll probably do it again if they stay together and he'll probably get busted again at some point. He should split up, pay up and live it up.
http://sports.yahoo.com/golf/blog/d...ods-newly-rewritten-prenup-em?urn=golf,206529 Thu Dec 03, 2009 1:07 pm EST Details of Elin Woods' newly-rewritten prenup emerge By Jay Busbee Elin and Tiger Woods had a prenuptual agreement, as expected. The couple is undergoing marital counseling, as you'd also expect. And now The Daily Beast is reporting that Elin Woods is renegotiating that prenup to get an immediate $5 million payout from her husband and as much as $55 million more to stay with him for two more years. The initial prenup was worth $20 million after 10 years of marriage. However, the Chicago Sun-Times' Bill Zwecker has reported that Elin Woods will receive an immediate payment "into an account she alone controls," and that the 10-year timeframe -- which began when they married in 2004 -- has been shortened and the value increased "substantially." The Daily Beast quotes "a lawyer familiar with the couple's negotiations" in reporting that the term of the prenup has been shortened to seven years, and that a series of staggered payments could increase the total value to $75 million. But apparently there's also a behavioral component to all this: Elin Woods must "be a dutiful wife in showing up with him at social events and in public as if they were still the perfect couple, and sign a nondisclosure form that will prevent her from ever telling her story." It's important to note that to date, there's no concrete evidence that Elin Woods has ever been anything but the perfectly dutiful golf wife. I'm sure the Woodses would like nothing more than to portray domestic calm to the world, and Elin Woods now apparently has several million more reasons to do just that.
Tiger has lived in a bubble most of his life - even after joining the tour. He probably never had a chance to sew his wild oats before getting married. He was probably even shy around women because of his upbringing. Then Tight Pants Parnevik hooked him up with a hottie and he spewed his pants and got married, not realizing all the poontang he was giving up. I honestly don't think Tiger is a bad dude, esp. compared to the typical athlete in this day and age. He may have just been inexperienced with women because of his bubble life. Who knows, maybe he was even a virgin when he got married? Once he got a taste, he wanted more. I don't think that's as bad as some people are making it out to be given the circumstances of Tiger's life. Unlike Jesper, I still assume he's a relatively good person. He was possibly just ignorant about sex compared to others in his age group and even the most decent people are often guided by their sex drive when it comes down it.
No need to reach a comfort level. I'm not that concerned with this whole story. I barely even watch golf. But you're right, nothing more than my wild guesses, like about 75% of the posts in this thread.
Or maybe he's like lots of other dudes and is still pretty horny after marriage. Why the eff is he trying to save the marriage by paying her off? Sounds healthy.
He can afford it and his image is somewhat saved for the $$$$ of endorsements going forward. It does seem strange though, why pay any more $$$$ at all? And the silencio agreement.....I mean honestly......the damage is already done. I would be interested in how much he is paying the other women to go into hiding though...... DD
And it sounds to me like she'll just leave in 2 years. She gets 55 mil to wait that long. I don't get the reasoning here. Maybe for the kids?
I agree I think it has very little to do with the kids. Let the heat die down and then both parties can go their seperate ways once the media and public let the story die down.

Not speaking for Mr Clutch, but I think all he's implying is that it explains why tons of people across the world DO cheat after marriage. What makes Tiger any different to where he should be called out for it? I mean the divorce rate in America is over 50%, that should tell you something.
