Hey CFers, I recently fractured my tibial plateau. It's a pretty common sports injury so I was wondering if any CFers have also gone through it (or a similar injury). My diagnosis is "minimally displaced tibial plateau fracture--2 millimeters" and a sprained ACL. The injuries occurred while I was skiing. No surgery is needed (thank god), but my current prognosis is to not bear any weight for 6 weeks and to use a Continuous Passive Motion machine 4-6 hours/day. I'm just looking for advice. I'm pretty bored all day and am dying to work out. Any input or thoughts is appreciated!
