Thunder? I miss the Sonics... OKC's logo looks like the New York WNBA teams logo imo.

The OKC nub sauce sounds better.
Or maybe the OKC ever rookies.
No offense of course, they'll get their time to rise.

Is that the actual logo? That may seriously be one of the worst logos I've ever seen. I'm not sure why David Stern let OKC have a team to begin with, but now after they've unveiled the name/logo, this is gonna be even worse than I thought.

What's the over/under of them playing "Thunderstruck" during their first intro?

Yea, one of the most generic logos possible. It really seems like they designed the logo before picking a name.

First intro???? How about we get an over/under on times it is played a game?

They played it at the press conference when they unveiled the name.

Some similarities there. Never looked at it closely before bu the Liberty logo is alright actually

OKC's would be alright if they completely removed the word THUNDER from it and left the rest as is. I like the color scheme, maybe cuz it was similar to what I wanted for the Rockets when they did the uniform change to the blue pajamas w/pinstripes & cartoon rocket.

They should have stuck with Sonics.

    Oklahoma City Supersonics

I bet they were thinking of Thundercats but remembered the BOBCATS also play in the NBA.

Why can't they go with an Indian name like baseball?

    Oklahoma City Chickamauga Cherokees
