Great signing. Now they can go big or small depending on the matchups. I think Butler still has something left. Imagine a lineup of Jackson/WB/Butler/Durant/Ibaka when they play the small teams. Or WB/Butler/Durant/Ibaka/Collison when they go big.
Even better signing with Sefolosha out. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>The Thunder's new starting lineup has four players 6-10 or taller: KD, Perry Jones, Ibaka, Adams.</p>— Anthony Slater (@anthonyVslater) <a href="https://twitter.com/anthonyVslater/statuses/440250423287357441">March 2, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> Scary!
Thabo is out 4-6 weeks. PJ3 will move into the starting lineup and have plenty of opportunity to show what he can do regardless of Caron Butler. So much for worrying about Perk and Thabo being on the floor too much together. Missing both of them like this will be a challenge, especially to their defensive intensity. IMO, Spurs will likely finish with the #1 seed. It's possible OKC could slip to #3.

Oklahoma City general manager Sam Presti made the announcement Sunday before the team's game against Charlotte. Sefolosha left Friday's game against Memphis in the first half and didn't return. The 6-foot-7 defensive stopper from Switzerland had started 55 of the team's 59 games this season and averaged 6.7 points and 3.7 rebounds. Perry Jones, a 6-foot-11 forward, will fill the starting slot. Sefolosha is the second starter the Thunder have lost since the All-Star break. Center Kendrick Perkins was injured Feb. 20 against Miami, and the veteran enforcer is expected to miss another five weeks with a left groin strain.
