First time I tried bowling left handed I was bowling against my best friend and was up 20 somethin pins going into the 10th frame and decided to give him a chance at winning so I bowled left handed, and threw 3 strikes in the 10th. When actually bowling a full game left handed when I broke my wrist in high school I could break 100 consistently, but no where near the 175 I averaged with my right.
Of course. Was combining the "Why Bagwell no throw left handed?" with the "Why Bagwell no move back to 3rd?" refrain of the last several years of his career. (Billy Wagner IS actually a natural righty who somehow learned to throw 100 MPH left handed.)
When I was younger I set out to learn how to pitch left handed -- the toughest part was developing a motion that was comfortable. I pitched over the top right handed and had to drop to a 3/4 sidearm release lefty. I'm ambidextrous though so this was a bit easier to pick up.
This was probably one of the more obnoxious chorus' in Houston sports discourse over the past decade.
Well my asking "Why he didn't try to throw left handed" was more of a curiosity.....but I was never on the move him back to 3rd base bandwagon...the guy couldn't even throw a penny across the diamond. DD
