Threes in theory are better but...

    Open 3 > Open midrange > Contested midrange > Contested 3

    Seriously, the Rockets dropped severely in offensive efficiency when playing the Jazz compared to the regular season. Their defense worked quite effectively.

    It's just the Jazz couldn't hit the broad side of a barn from 3.

    Very goods points. That’s why I like to see someone like Nene go to work inside. It’s a change with the philosophy for sure but we can’t disregard a mismatch, and this might open things up in the perimeter if they can’t guard him. Of course, looking into the future we need a more reliant big that can shoot, and some quality wings with length. We really don’t have anyone on the roster that has a post up or mid-range game.

    CP3 has an amazing mid range game. It's the only thing in terms of scoring that still works for him.
