you know when the Refs really suck if both coaches facing each-other are getting fined.

Nate should of gotten the larger fine cause he made it known to the media that he was protesting the calls. Alderman on the other hand.... I don't know what he said of when he said it...

It was expected with all this bickering about the refs going around, every coach got what he deserved.

What a coward that Stern is. All he know is how to fined other people.
He should focus on improving the integrity of the game. How about implementing some change that allow for instant replay or something.

Typical Yao. And the main reason why Yao is in the second tier of greatest centers since he won't get his own fine and throw his own elbows, and get his own technicals.

Typical short memory fan. Yao has gotten his own technicals and although he hasn't gotten his own fine it hasn't been for being quiet. He most recently spoke about officiating this season.

I don't think Adelman deserved a fine ... If Yao's comments from earlier in the season didn't get a fine, I don't know how Adelman's does. All Adelman basically said was that Yao needed to adjust since the officiating wasn't going to change.

Rockets players should pick up the tab on this...Adelman needs to keep defending Yao.

Maybe just like Rasheed Wallace with the technical fouls, they should start fining players for ridiculous rates of personal fouling. Greg Oden I'm looking at you.

Actually, that's when you know the refs DON'T suck. But, in this case, they suck anyways.

I am glad RA got fined so that there is no guilt factor calls that favor the Blazers. Easy for me to spend his money!

Anyways, I thought McMillian's was well deserved. He doesn't realize his team isn't getting to the line because they are jump shooting team. He mentioned the fact that the refs have been inconsistent at making calls in the Preview of Tonight's game. Here is the link

    http://www.nba.com/video/channels/playoffs/2009/04/28/nba_20090428_hou_por_prev.nba/index.html

I don't know too much on what Doc Rivers said, so I can't say anything about him. I just know Nate McMillian deserved his.

Hahaha Stern is a numbnut, he thinks he's smarting by nipping it in the bud.

Too bad humans are like sheep only much worse because they have a reason not to stand up to bad officiating like they should. If they really felt it was that bad, just strike and force the NBA to make a decision. I know it's not even that heavy this time which really shows how sad a human being Stern is, who will go to Hell for sure, but I'm just saying. If you complain all the time, at some point you have to use some action because it speaks louder than words.

By the way, people who are defending the league office and Stern need to go back to school and stay there. If the NBA had any integrity they would handle it like in football here in Europe. When officials make mistakes, you know what happens ?? The league decides whether the official made such a mistake that it deserves him a suspension of a few games, either random or by one of the two team's next game(s). That's how it should be, the coaches can complain all they want and never get fined. If the NBA knew the refs were fair, unbiased and really wanted to make the right calls, they would just let the coaches keep on talking. By fining coaches, you know something is up and feeding the need to find out the truth behind all these terrible calls.

How come come coaches get fined but refs don't get fined by the NBA?

Donaghy gets to fix the point spreads, while Crawford goes on power trips.
