Clutch- With all the complaining about the decline of the GARM forum (and I think it is justified), would it be possible to institute a message rating system like this one at FW.com ? I'm guessing you would need new software, but it's just a suggestion. BTW, thanks for adopting my last suggestion (the week-at-a-glance for the main page).
When Clutch switched to this bbs software, I think we decided to not use the rating system. If those ratings are dynamically calc'd per load of the page, I would think that's even more stress on the db server. I don't recall if that's the only reason he decided not to display ratings, though.
Any chance of returning the old ignore feature that eliminated all traces of the ignored poster? It sure helped eliminate a lot of the garbage. Thanks And thanks to all the admins for keeping such a good rein on the BBS.
