Just like Curb Your Enthusiasm was better than Seinfeld. I'd like to see the Wire maintain the same level of quality with twice as many episodes and the limiting factors of network television.
I just finished my first viewing of the show. I liked it throughout, although it definitely fell off in quality after season two (but was still enjoyable to the end). I even liked the finale.
