Y waste TE? Try see if Nugs will take combo of Battier and Lee. Make Rocket more tough. Show we can relate to today's assletes.

Martin + Hill + Battier + Jefferies + our own 2012 pick for Melo + JR + Cris Anderson

    Yao Ming, Miller, Hayes
    Anderson, Scola, Patterson
    Anthony, Budinger, Harris
    JR Smith, Lee, Taylor
    Brooks, Lowry, Smith

JR Smith is a threat from 3pt land, Anderson starting for a more balanced line-up, Scola off bench to provide a low post presents when Yao comes out.
Try to package Scola & Brooks (S&T) for CP3 next summer. ;)

Bundinger's somewhat overrated on this board, but he's honestly not much worse than JR Smith, and he's considerably more cost effective. Also, he's never killed a guy.

Rockets already have Kevin Martin and Courtney Lee. Why do they need JR?

JR doesn't have enough street creds to be with this team. He needs more tats.

If Les didn't want to pay the luxury tax for Trevor, why would he want to pay it for JR Smith? Someone we need even less.

Only if that's what it takes to bag Melo.

Trading for him alone? Hells no.

Hmmmmm. Would Denver toss in a first rounder to us for the TPE? If so, Morey may consider taking on Smith's contract. It gives us another large expiring deal to combine with our other expirings and picks to go after a superstar at the trading deadline.

Smith has value as an expiriing contract. And if Denver wants to dump salary, what better deal than no salary back for them?

The dude is 100% cancerous.....the Rockets have a great clubhouse...why in the world would they pay an extra $12 million this year for a first round draft pick when you can buy one for $3 million these days.

No way in hades they would even get close to sniffing JR Smith.

Do we have address this issue now? Wasn't this addressed when New Orleans traded him to Denver? The answer should be obvious.

I wouldn't mind seeing him on the team. He's a game changer when he has his mind together and we could use someone with his skills. In Denver he had Melo and that wasn't gonna ever work. Here we got the right group of guys to keep him in check I think. But having him here wouldn't make since with Budinger and Lee. JR Smith and a 1st rounder for Budinger.

I cant see him fitting into this offense at all. He has no passing ability, and doesnt play naturally within a teams offense. He's an above average shooter, but I've never considered him much better than Von Wafer.

    His mind right?

The guy is a certifiable dumbass, he doesn't have a mind to get right.

If Denver finds any sucker to take him off their hands, I would be surprised.

I could see him out of the league in a year or so, he is a cancer on the floor and in the clubhouse.....

    100% grade A moron.
