Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley are so annoying.Most of the time they are so inarticulate I can't understand what they're trying to say.There is no flow to the show when they're on.I wish TNT would get someone else.
charles was at his most comedic (read: idiotic ranting) last night ... belching and talking nonsense. this fool said the rockets need to start head because they need a passer in the lineup and rafer just looks for his shot. does he not realize that rafer has more point guard skills with one hand tied behind his back than head? if the rockets start head it will be to play the 2, not the point.
The TNT commentators are the best in basketball. The problem is that they are doing commentary for teams that they are not following regularly (unless Marv is doing a Nets game), so they don't know the whole story. Make Marv and Kerr the Rockets commentators, and you'll think they're amazing.
I used to enjoy hearing the "TNT Halftime Report"... especially Kenny and Charles do their Comedy routine of playing Analyst/Commentator during halftime.... It was as if you we're seeing Johnny Carson/ Ed McMann do their Great Swammi skit...but lately all their doing demeaning any team that is'nt the Spurs,Detroit or Riley's Rogues. they have completely metamorphosed into Beavis and Butt Head! Oh and by the way Kerr is a Girly Man!!!
