why would toronto do this. Donnyell is a solid offensive contributor 20/10..Cato provides no offense. If Toronto traded away Marshall, Vince would be there only offense. I seriously doubt the validity of this deal.

    Why :

Donyell Marshall is playing so well now because Jalen Rose, Bosh and Carter are injured. When Jalen comes back, he will play the 3 (and get Donyells shots), Vince will play the 2. Bosh is playing 5 out of position. If Cato comes in to hold down the pivot, they can play Bosh at 4 and get the most out of him. Donyell has very nice skills, but he's not really a pf or a center. Toronto needs some help down low. With Toronto's big 3 gunning, they really need defensive-minded players at 1 and 5.

Hmm...Alvin Williams was just lost for the season for knee surgery. No playoff- again. I'd expect a shake-up in the offseason.

Donyell has played at an 18 and 11 level, consistently, since the Bulls traded him to Toronto. With Vince and Jalen, and without them.

I became a big fan of DM's when he was in Chicago, and troll any Toronto fan board: he's been the highlight of their season, considering they got Bosh for a draft pick and gave up next to nothing for Marshall.
