I hated to see T Rob go, but we have to get into the mentality that it is time to go with proven talent for a championship run.

I have to agree with the Rockets doing what they had to to get Howard.

And the play at a summer league is no better than fools gold.

If T Rob succeeds, it will be a mild surprise. As far as i heard T Rob did not have the basketball IQ necessary to be a force.

He's pretty much a miniature Dwight that is having a much rougher time transitioning to the NBA and finding a fit somewhere. He also shrinks the floor relatively much more by being deadlocked into the power forward spot.

He does have the potential to be an elite rebounder and a very intriguing combo forward defender.

T-Rob is a specialist... rebounder/garbage man... doesnt score a lot, cannot make plays for themselves... he would fit good on established ball clubs like Spurs, Miami, Memphis... not on rebuilding teams...

Yeah, he'd have give us a 5th square peg to try and squeeze into the round PF hole.

He would have somewhat solved our bench rebounding problem at the least.

bench rebounding problem? We have Asik and Casspi. We may have the best bench rebounding in the league.

Back then we were already talking about the possibility of losing Asik if they got Howard.
Personally, i wish they would have traded one of Jones or D-Mo instead.:(

Started last season with Pattrick Patterson, Marcus Morris, Royce White, D-Mo and T. Jones. Looks like we kept the best one after all. Morris is having a solid season though much to my surprise. D-Mo has some some work to do to justify keeping him over Morris.

    T. Rob looking more and more like a pf version of Terrence Williams.

Crazy, robinson is very talented but just can't seem to get it together. He has the tools to be at very least a solid player bt he just can't stay on the court, why? Is he a offensive liability? I remember he couldn't finish well against bigs when he was with us but he doesn't seem like a liability. His defense was good and he rebounded well as a rocket too.

What exactly is his pronblem? Can he not learn the teams system?
