Is it just me or does Francis dunk a lot less now? Maybe it's because i've only seen a few games this year but I remember his rookie and 2nd year where he would flush everything and every highlight of him on Espn would be a dunk. I'm just wondering if he still has it in him or if hes just holding back a bit to prevent injury. Reminds me a bit of Iverson. Iverson also used to dunk a lot.

On a side note one of my favorite Francis in game dunks was the one he did in the rookie/soph all star game where he through it up in the air on the fast break and slammed it home.

But somehow Nash would be awarded the title after the scandal was revealed.

Not necessarily. The French judges will give it to whoever pays the most...

Anyone see the NBATV commercial with Don Nelson talking to his players in different languages, spanish for Najera, German for Dirk...and "Canadian" for Nash.

    LoL:)

OK, so you wanted Francis to try a dunk that was physically impossible for him to pull off?

I tried to grow 6 inches today but failed to rise to the challenge.

why don't you hustle up a bit eh nashy? ya hoser...

What dunk was Francis supposed to do as a result of the wheel?

He was supposed to replicate Terrence Stansbury's '360-dgree off of one foot' dunk, I believe. The problem was Francis can't palm the ball, so it was impossible to even try it.

I think I'd like any of the following:
    Carter
    McGrady
    Bryant
    Francis
    Wallace
    Mason
    Richardson
    Martin
    LeBron/Carmelo
    maybe Amaré

The wheel was the worst. Some guys have a two foot lift off, and some a one foot lift off. Plus some dunkers can palm the ball and some can't. The wheel punishes the players who land on a different style dunk than they do.

Plus the winner of the wheel of dunks was Dr. J. Nobody was going to score a 10 on a Dr. J dunk while the real Dr. J was sitting there next to them. The wheel limits creativity. It was horrible. Let a dunker play to his strengths and not somebody elses. I can't remember who it was but somebody lifted off a little further back than Dr. J did and scored lower.

Last year they did away with the wheel, and I was very happy.

I second the no wheel idea.

Don't care who's in it, I just want to see creativity, originality, etc.

Kobe's vertical is just bad...but he's quite creative though.
