yeah, there are running specific shirts that have a lot of small pores that allow for aeration. I don't know what they're made of, but if you go to an Oshman's or Academy or check out eastbay.com, you can find them. I have some from Nike and they work great. They're mostly meant to not soak your sweat and salt so you don't have the weight of a soggy shirt bogging you down.

I was already signed up to run in the Richmond marathon in about two weeks, but I got something called retrocalcaneal bursitis at the back of my heel. At first I thought I somehow tore my achilles, because that's what it felt like. Anyway, I got so far behind in training while I was recovering from the injury that I just decided to pass.

Mr. JB and I met Ali Cat a couple of years ago. She was really sweet and cute. In fact, Mr. JB once went to her apartment to pick up some tickets she gave us. Luckily, I'm not the jealous type.

 

Unfortunately, Jeff is afraid to meet me for bar-b-que...I've e-mailed him and called him several times to no avail....If you are scared Jeff, just say so and I will understand...I've tried to be tact and professional but I am calling you out. Right here, Right now!

I always picture what people look like, personalities, etc. as I read posts. For some reason I always pictured Mrs. JB as the lady from the Matrix- the Oracle, the all knowing seer that Neo and Morpheus visit to look into their futures. Not that I categorize everyone here in terms of Matrix characters, but I do believe there are a few "agents" lurking about . I think they are from Utah...

 

I agree. If an activity causes your nipples to spontaneously bleed...then it is probably something that your body was never intended to do.

 

You'd actually be hard pressed to find someone who was LESS like me in terms of appearance and personality. But I do make great cookies, so I guess the oracle and I have something in common.
