    Eating crow because some fans were like management and thought he was decent. He is beyond awful. might as well have Lechler punt and throw.

    Not making excuses for Brock at all because it was a poor throw, but you will notice that Hopkins was 5 yards past the sticks and made zero effort to come back to the ball.

    That's exactly what I said in the game thread. I'm not exonerating Osweiler of blame on that throw.....it was a terrible decision. But Hopkins has done him absolutely no favors on a lot of the interceptions that have been thrown. As soon as Hopkins saw Osweiler get flushed out of the pocket, he should have made every effort to come back towards Brock, and box out his man from having an angle at the ball. Bad job, bad effort from Hopkins on that one, and I'm suspecting that it's happening on purpose. I think he's frustrated, and is letting it get the better of him.

    Wonder if this more on Hopkins or Os.. Hopkins didnt get the new contract he wanted in the offseason. Perhaps he's letting his disappointment show on the field?
