wow this was the first texans game i watched all year and man brocky's arm is pitiful

brisett has potential, he reminds me of a poor mans jameis winston. he needs to sit behind brady for about 2 years. but overall brocky is a backup at best, that long windup delievery he has throwing the football will be the beginning of the end of his football career

This guy stole McNair's money and our (the fans') time. Average at best QB. Would be lucky if he was Andy Dalton good though that's a stretch.

He looks like a backup in 2 of 3 games.

Either first read or check down, no real progression

I feel like hes good throwing it to the sidelines, but to the middle of the field he can't see the field well and is at risk for interceptions

You can't possibly write him off due to the injuries on the O-Line and him being thrust, as a "rook-ophomore", into a division-winning caliber team. BUT, it's obvious that BOB doesn't trust OZ to be a gunslinger.

I said earlier, he has ACCURACY issues. A better o-line can certainly help, as well as just improving as a QB. There are certainly chemistry issues, but a NFL QB has to be able to consistently put the ball where a receiver can catch . Fuller (I had him as flex in my fantasy this week) has dropped some catchable balls and I actually think Oz's problem is in the short to intermediate range. Thank you baby jebus Hopkins is more than likely the best all around receiver in the NFL and can just make plays.

Just an embarrassing effort by the special teams, offense, and COACHING. I am sure JJ Watt is having flashbacks of last season where the offense was simply ineffective.

Which is strange given the fact that he's tall and should have no issues with visibility. He makes terrible throws in the middle of the field.

Still think he can be good though...our running game isnt strong enough to help him out.

Brock isn't all that good and on top of that he's not going to develop much under O'Brien. The clock should get started on O'Brien getting the boot. Once Brock was signed, BoB's job started being on the line to produce.

PSA: To posts tweets, you no longer embed the code. At Twitter, just click "Copy Link to Tweet"....not "Embed Tweet". Same goes for Youtube. Just post the video link. This new bbs software renders media like Facebook does. None of that code stuff is needed anymore, and it just screws up your post now...as you can see in your post, versus my quote of the tweet after cleaning it up.

    ^^^ So f****** pathetic. ^^^^

We could've had Garopollo.... a better QB than Brock and cheaper for 3+ years.

    Instead, we overpay a backup.

Time, money, and Watt's prime wasted.

The Patriots Rookie probably earned a shot at a starting job somewhere next year

Brock will be ok . . . he did well last year but still Rookified.

I was excited about this signing and still believe in him long-term. But he needs a better o-line and he needs more time as a starter and in this offense before this team can take the next step. The picks have been bad but not all of them have been on him.

Knee-jerk alert. Special teams losing kick offs on our own 15 thus exhausting our defense (14 of the 27 pts) and zero O-line is why we lost that game. Brock was the best available option so we got him instead of another stop gap. Stop whining about drafts we may or may not have gotten.
