How about Jamal Crawford? this guy can penetrate, shoot, pass, has handles, can create for himself and others, and most importantly hes clutch, hes hit a lot of big shots. He also gives 100% every night.

Hes 6'5 combo guard, which is average size for a shooting guard and big for a point guard, which he could also play. This way we can move Tmac to small forward (implying shane would be part of the deal to get him)

The biggest concern would be the defense we lose with a lineup like this, in which case another trade would have to be made.

We then go after Kirk Hinrich, who is also a combo guard; the way i see Hinrich is the rich man's Alston. Career wise he's shot a good percentage, but for some reason hes doing bad this year (which i believe has to do with the chemistry in chicago) but the main focus of this trade is for his defense (he can guard the opposition's best perimeter player), and if his shooting picks up, thats a huge plus. I see him as a really attainable piece because his value is at an all time low right now.

We wouldn't need a pure pg because our wing players would all be able to contribute to the distributing role

The players i see being dealt are Battier, Head, Alston, Bonzi, Filler/pick. With the freed up space we could pick up fan and coach favorite Mike Harris

We get rid of lazy, mistake-prone players to acquire hardworkers
