    yup. sounds like its just a reunion tour.

    both bands are amazing live, but i like the mars volta better and would not want to see them forgo that project even for ATDI.

    I used to be a huge Mars Volta fan until Cedric pretty much called fans who enjoyed their first two albums more than their later work idiots. He's a huge douche in my eyes. I have no problem with Omar, though.

    I tried to get into ATDI back when Mars Volta was my favorite band, but I never really got it. I downloaded Relationship of Command a few days ago, so I'm gonna give it another try.

    That album owned my face in high school. I look at it like this
    Bixler-Zavala/Ward :: Lennon/McCartney

    Lennon without McCartney was Plastic Ono. Without Lennon, McCartney became Dance Tonight

    De-Loused? Fantastic. Wiretap Scars? Damn good. But then, Cedric stopped making actual music, and Ward released a country album.
