because you are doing the same for araujo? btw, roy will be the best rookie from this class...he was the guy i wanted all along.
i don't think you're all that unique there.. it was the consensus that roy would be the most NBA-ready player out of this draft, and the Rockets tried to trade for him. And I think most of us on the board wanted him. But down the road, these other guys have more potential, and they'll eventually pass him up (the ones mentioned in thread already)
Yeah, that 00-01 draft class was probably the worst ever. This year's draft class has some good potential. Roy has done well, and Bargnani is coming around. Gay and Morrison will improve. Foye will eventually get some playing time. Aldridge started out the seaon well, but there are too many big men in Portland. Ty Thomas and Sefolosha are great athletes.
Gay has improved his last two games and he'll get more minutes because the Grizzlies have no choice. For a guy like him, it might be a blessing that the Grizz season has gone south. The spotlight isn't on him, and he could get the breathing room he needs to adjust to the NBA.
40 games into their first year and you're ready to condemn them all? I bet you were more patient for Yao.
come on people DeAleck forgot to mention Okafor in his first post, and now he is trying to save face. everybody knows that okafor is better.
Brandon Roy looks like he's coming along just fine. career high 28 today. He's about the only thing Jail Blazer fans have to get excited about mind you.
again, wtf has Araujo done? if he is worth mentioning in a thread like this, then I dont claim myself a NBA fan
I am in no way trying to say these guys are gonna super good, but Yao and Amare didn't exactly average big numbers either in their rookie year. In fact, they avraged roughly those kind of number too.
Thank you! Phew, I had no idea how to get myself out of that one. It was a bad joke, and people took it seriously...
